Confidently recommending working with Trish for home inspections, she literally trains OTHER home inspectors for their certification. What else needs to be said? I will say more though... Pricing: Her rates are clear and posted on her website, so it's easy to know in advance what the costs are, so you can plan/budget accordingly. We found these costs to be competitive, given that you are paying for an expert's time with extensive experience. Attention to detail: Trish was very through in her review, checking all appliances, equipment and noted very intricate items. Such as noticing that the washer/dryer used rubber hoses, instead of braided hoses. Not a current deficiency but she flagged this as a potential risk and something to address preventatively. Documentation: Trish provided us with thorough reports with pictures, even thermal imaging to show areas of heat losses/inefficiencies of equipment / building envelope. This has given us an invaluable amount of peace of mind and has allowed us to very effectively budget / prioritize the deficiencies, using the levels of priority noted within the report. 10/10 would work with Trish again, for the next property we purchase.
